Fed up...

On Friday Dan came over and we had take-away kebab for dinner. I only order a side salad (which is enough to serve 2-3 people) from our local kebab, because I have my own veggie burger and wholemeal pitta that I use. After dinner, my Dad, Hannah, Dan and I went to our local pub, and I had my usual…Diet Coke. :)

DROP yeast into 325ml warm water, leave to dissolve
SIEVE both flours into mixing bowl
PINCH of salt
ADD dissolved yeast mix
ORDER a hit
MIX into a rough dough
TURN out onto lightly floured board

I had a great day out in Whitstable and Canterbury with my Dad, Jess and Ollie. While we were down at Whitstable, we had lunch in a cafe called Tea & Times. Its one of my favourite cafes. They have magazines and newspapers which you can buy and read while eating your lunch. Plus the cafe has this comfortable vibe and the service is really friendly. Update
The last couple of days I have spent around Dan’s. We watched this great french film called Martyrs. I recommend it to all who can stomach strong films. It isn’t for the faint hearted. We also watched Game of Thrones, played badminton, and had lunch at Giraffe.
As for today, it was the Serpentine 5km run at Hyde Park. Unfortunately, my train was late, which meant I missed the race....
