Well after a week of having a twitchy right eye, my Dad booked me in to have an eye test with my little sister, Hannah, this afternoon.
On a different note. I finally went for a run today. I’ve been dying to go running for ages, but all the snow and ice stopped me. I was able to use my new pedometer that I got for Christmas which tracks the distance I travel, the steps taken and calories...

I’ve just completed my new workout DVD. I decided to try all the sections to see what they were like (there are 5 sections). 2 hours and 15mins of workout! Woo!

Just got up about half an hour ago. I’m now waiting for the rest of my family to rise.
On a random note. The last three days my right upper eyelid has been twitching. I think its finally stopped. I was beginning to wonder whether I should start to worry. Heh.

I passed my first term of uni with merits. :) My mum treated me to lunch at this really nice restaurant called Savoro. The food was sooo good. For starters I had a goat’s cheese tart with waldorf salad, followed by puy lentils, leeks and cod in this creamy sauce for my main course. Nom nom nom. I was stuffed afterwards. And my mum has even bought carrot cake for us all. Quite an indulgent...

4 table spoons of vanilla yoghurt (Approx 170g)
175 mls milk/butter milk
4 eggs, separated
150g plain flour (about 1 cup)
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
